Great product. Great investment. Lots of torque. Starting off in PA 1 or 2 may be your best bet at first. Functionality good and comparable to other bikes in this class with boosted pricing. There are some things that fall short. Attaching the front fender required some finessing with the brackets save with the rear rack. I had to acquire some spacers to keep the front brake caliper from rubbing on the motor. Front shocks adjustable, rides through the bumps. Headlamp illuminates a fairly broad area and ahead. Wouldn't mind if it were a little bigger for esthetics. The mid frame shock absorber is not adjustable unfortunately. The seat is firm, not the best, not the worse. The size and width of the tires help with absorbing some pretty rough ground I took it across. I rode it for 26.8 miles before I got down to one green bar on the battery. My sales/service rep Haung Sevrine was awesome! She gave me a lot of help and responded promptly throughout the process. She made it easy to choose.
